(If you want A LOT more realistic (but still made up, guestimated, castraded with many systems) F-22 Raptor simulation there is an older sim "F-22 Total Air War". Avionics in this sim is absolutely incomparably closer to the real plane than anything what is possible for DCS FC3 MOD.)

Go inside the "Mods" folder, if no folder, make one. When in the "Mods" folder, go in the "Aircraft" folder, once again make one if there is none. Paste the "F-22A" Mod inside.
